Row 1: *Slip 1 stitch with yarn in back, K1; repeat from * to end of row, ending with K2tog for size Medium.
Next Rows: Repeat Rows 3 and 4 until all stitches have been worked. Depending upon your size, there may not be enough stitches to work the K1 or P1 after the decrease on the last 2 rows.
